शबरी-आश्रम-प्रवेशः (Rama and Lakshmana at Sabari’s Hermitage)
चित्रकूटं त्वयि प्राप्ते विमानैरतुलप्रभैः।इतस्ते दिवमारूढा यानहं पर्यचारिषम्।।।।
tau śaileṣv ācitānekān kṣaudra-kalpa-phalān drumān | vīkṣantau jagmatur draṣṭuṃ sugrīvaṃ rāma-lakṣmaṇau ||
As they looked upon the mountain trees laden with fruits sweet as honey, Rama and Lakshmana went on to meet Sugriva.
The men I served have ascended heaven on aerial chariots of incomparable radiance the moment you touched Chitrakuta.
Steady purpose aligned with dharma: Rama proceeds toward rightful alliance and action, not being distracted by comforts of the forest.
Rama and Lakshmana travel onward, observing the forested mountain scenery, as they go to meet Sugriva.
Rama’s resolve and clarity of aim (dhṛti): moving forward toward the next rightful step in the mission.
