अयोमुखी-दर्शनम् तथा कबन्ध-प्रवेशः (Ayomukhi Encounter and the ظهور of Kabandha)
लक्ष्मणस्तु महातेजास्सत्त्ववान् शीलवान् शुचिः।अब्रवीत्प्राञ्जलिर्वाक्यं भ्रातरं दीप्ततेजसम्।।।।
lakṣmaṇas tu mahātejāḥ sattvavān śīlavān śuciḥ | abravīt prāñjalir vākyam bhrātaraṃ dīptatejasam ||
Then Lakṣmaṇa—radiant, steadfast in spirit, of noble conduct and pure—spoke with folded hands to his brother, blazing with splendour.
Lakshmana of great brilliance and power, of good conduct and pure character spoke to his highly effulgent brother with folded hands:
By describing Lakṣmaṇa as śīlavān (of good conduct) and showing him addressing Rāma with prāñjali (folded hands), the verse highlights disciplined behavior, respect, and humility—key expressions of dharma in relationships and counsel.
