This Laṅkā, extending across one hundred yojanas and surrounded by the ocean, cannot be assaulted even by the gods and asuras, including Indra himself.
This Lanka extending to a hundred yojanas and surrounded by the sea is vulnerable to neither demons nor gods including Indra.
Ravana attempts to break Sita's spirit by asserting that no one, not even the gods led by Indra, can breach Lanka to rescue her, thereby implying her isolation is absolute.
Lanka is described as being surrounded by the ocean (samudreṇa parikṣiptā) and extending for a hundred yojanas, making it a formidable island fortress protected by nature.
