Having spoken thus, the sage Viśvāmitra, greatly delighted, took the king’s son with him and went to his own hermitage.

Dharma is transmitted through right mentorship: the sage guides the prince toward protection of sacred obligations, linking royal duty with spiritual purpose.

After his decision, Viśvāmitra departs for his hermitage with Rāma.

Respect for rightful guidance and readiness for service—Rāma’s willingness to accompany the sage for a dharmic mission.
