Meanwhile, the gods assembled with the Cāraṇas; beating their dundubhi drums, they joyfully rained a shower of flowers from every side upon Rāma, astonished at his feat.
Meanwhile the wonder-struck gods along with the charanas (celestial bards) got together and began beating the drums and raining showers of flowers on Rama from all sides.
Righteous action receives communal and cosmic affirmation. The flower-shower symbolizes approval of dharma-protecting deeds.
After the battle’s outcome, celestial beings celebrate Rāma’s victory by music and flowers.
Dharma-vijaya (victory grounded in righteousness): Rāma’s triumph is framed as morally sanctioned, not merely martial.
