Shloka 3.11.37
पञ्चाप्सरो-सरः कथनम् तथा अगस्त्याश्रममार्गनिर्देशः (Panchapsara Lake Account and Directions to Agastya)
दिष्ट्या त्विदानीमर्थेऽस्मिन् स्वयमेव ब्रवीषि माम्।।।।अहमाख्यामि ते वत्स यत्रागस्त्यो महामुनिः।
diṣṭyā tv idānīm arthe 'smin svayam eva bravīṣi mām | aham ākhyāmi te vatsa yatrāgastyo mahāmuniḥ ||
Happily, you yourself have spoken to me of this matter now, dear child; I will tell you where the great sage Agastya dwells.
Luckily you have asked me on your own. I will tell you where the great sage Agastya lives.
Dharma is truthful instruction: the sage commits to giving accurate directions and guidance for a righteous purpose.
Sutīkṣṇa notes the timely request and agrees to tell Rāma the location of Agastya’s āśrama.
Sutīkṣṇa’s kindness and clarity as a guide; Rāma’s initiative in seeking counsel.
