Matsya Purana — Paurava Genealogy
नकुलाच्च शतानीकं द्रौपदेयाः प्रकीर्तिताः तेभ्यो ऽपरे पाण्डवेयाः षडेवान्ये महारथाः //
nakulācca śatānīkaṃ draupadeyāḥ prakīrtitāḥ tebhyo 'pare pāṇḍaveyāḥ ṣaḍevānye mahārathāḥ //
From Nakula was born Śatānīka. The sons of Draupadī are also celebrated; and from them arose other descendants of the Pāṇḍavas—six more, renowned as great chariot-warriors (mahārathas).
This verse does not address pralaya; it belongs to a genealogical enumeration, highlighting continuity of royal/heroic lineages rather than cosmic dissolution.
Indirectly, it underscores the Puranic ideal of dynastic continuity—kings and warrior-houses are remembered through legitimate succession and renowned heirs, a key theme in rajadharma-oriented genealogies.
No Vastu or ritual procedure is stated here; the technical focus is on lineage (vamsha) and warrior-rank (mahāratha), not temple architecture or rites.
