अभिषेकं ततः कृत्वा प्रधानमकरोद्विभुः गृहसाम्यं प्रदायाथ ब्रह्मा ब्रह्मर्षिसंयुतः //
abhiṣekaṃ tataḥ kṛtvā pradhānamakarodvibhuḥ gṛhasāmyaṃ pradāyātha brahmā brahmarṣisaṃyutaḥ //
Then, having performed the consecration (abhiṣeka), the Mighty Lord appointed him as the chief; and thereafter Brahmā—accompanied by the brahmarṣis—bestowed the proper ordering and equal regulation of households.
This verse does not describe Pralaya directly; it focuses on post-ritual establishment of authority and orderly social/household regulation under Brahmā and the sages.
It links legitimate leadership to formal consecration (abhiṣeka) and emphasizes governance that ensures orderly, balanced household life—suggesting that a ruler’s duty includes maintaining equitable social regulation and stability for householders.
Ritually, it highlights abhiṣeka as the legitimizing rite for installing a chief authority; the phrase gṛhasāmya implies regulated domestic order—relevant to dharmic administration (and indirectly to settlement/household planning) rather than explicit Vāstu rules.
