दर्शने दर्शने हन्याद् यदि जहां च जीवितम् । तद् धर्मे यतमानानां महान् धर्मो नशिष्यति,अतः यह जब-जब सामने आयेगा, मुझे मारेगा। सम्भव है, किसी दिन मुझे जीवनसे भी हाथ धोना पड़े। उस दशामें धर्मके लिये प्रयत्न करनेवाले तुम सब लोगोंका सबसे महान् धर्म नष्ट हो जायगा
Translation
Therefore, whenever he comes before me, he will strike me down; perhaps one day I may even lose my life. If it comes to that, then the greatest dharma of all of you who strive for dharma will be brought to ruin.
