Draupadī–Bhīmasena Dialogue on Suffering, Kāla, and Daiva
अस्मिन् राजकुले चेमौ तुल्यकालनिवासिनौ । इति ब्रुवाणा वाक्यानि सा मां नित्यमतर्जयत्
asmin rājākule cemau tulyakālanivāsinau | iti bruvāṇā vākyāni sā māṃ nityam atarjayat ||
Vaiśampāyana said: “In this royal household, these two have lived here from the same time.” Saying such words again and again, she continually pressed and reproached me—using this claim of equal standing to justify her insistence and to corner me in the matter at hand.
