तत्राभिषेकं यः कुर्यात् पितृदेवार्चने रत: । अश्वमेधाद् दशगुणं फल प्राहुरमनीषिण:
Transliteration
tatrābhiṣekaṁ yaḥ kuryāt pitṛdevārcane rataḥ | aśvamedhād daśaguṇaṁ phalaṁ prāhur amanīṣiṇaḥ ||
Translation
Whoever performs the consecratory rite there, devoted to the worship of the Pitṛs (ancestors) and the gods—so declare the wise—wins a fruit tenfold greater than that of the Aśvamedha sacrifice.
