निकृत्या निकृतिप्रज्ञा हन्तव्या इति निश्चय: । न हि नैकृतिकं हत्वा निकृत्या पापमुच्यते,'शठता करने या जाननेवाले शत्रुओंको शठताके द्वारा ही मारना चाहिये, यह एक सिद्धान्त है। जो स्वयं दूसरोंपर छल-कपटका प्रयोग करता है, उसे छलसे भी मार डालनेमें पाप नहीं बताया गया है
Translation
“Those who practice deceit and are skilled in deceit should be slain by deceit—this is the settled rule. For in killing a deceiver through deception, no sin is said to arise.”
