Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Sañjaya on Arjuna’s Indraloka report and the political consequences

evam uktas tu śakreṇa phālgunaḥ paravīrahā | mūrdhaṃ paramikāṃ lebhe na ca śāpaṃ vyacintayat ||

Thus addressed by Śakra (Indra), Phālguna—slayer of hostile champions—was filled with supreme joy and honor. In that uplifted state, he no longer dwelt on the thought of any curse.

Educational Q&A

When a righteous aim is affirmed by wise or divine counsel, one should not be paralyzed by fear of adverse consequences; clarity of purpose and inner steadiness replace anxiety.

After Indra speaks to him, Arjuna feels exalted and reassured; his earlier concern about a possible curse fades, and he becomes mentally prepared to proceed with the task ahead.
