Educational Q&A

As a colophon, the line itself teaches by framing the episode: it highlights that the Sūrya–Karṇa dialogue belongs to a morally significant narrative unit where vows, generosity, and personal identity carry consequences, inviting reflection on dharma in difficult choices.

This is the closing formula of the chapter: it announces that the three-hundredth chapter, centered on the Sūrya–Karṇa dialogue within the Kuṇḍalāharaṇa episode of the Vana Parva, has concluded.
