Adhiratha-Rādhā Discover the Casket; Vasuṣeṇa (Karṇa) is Adopted and Formed

सम्पूज्यापाक्रमत्‌ तेन रथेनादित्यवर्चसा । ऐसा कहकर श्त्रधारियोंमें श्रेष्ठ श्रीरामचन्द्रजीकी आज्ञा ले उनकी पूजा करके सूर्यके समान तेजस्वी उसी रथके द्वारा मातलि स्वर्गलोकको चला गया || ५० $ ।। ततः सीतां पुरस्कृत्य राम: सौमित्रिणा सह

Having received Rāma’s permission and duly honored him, Mātali departed at once in that chariot, radiant like the sun, and proceeded to Svarga.
