Duryodhana’s Śaraṇāgati and the Pāṇḍavas’ Resolve

प्रत्युद्ययुर्महा भागा: साध्याश्व वसुभि: सह । उन्होंने इन्द्रको अपना आश्रय बनाकर दानवोंके साथ पुनः युद्ध प्रारम्भ किया। तत्पश्चात् वे सभी देवता महाबली मरुद्गण तथा वसुओं एवं महाभाग साध्यगण-सहित युद्धभूमिमें आगे बढ़ने लगे
pratyudyayur mahābhāgāḥ sādhyāś ca vasubhiḥ saha | indram āśritya te sarve dānavaiḥ saha punar yuddham ārabdhavantaḥ | tataḥ paścāt te sarve devā mahābalaiḥ marudgaṇaiḥ vasubhiś ca mahābhāgaiḥ sādhyagaṇaiḥ saha raṇabhūmim abhyavartanta ||
Mārkaṇḍeya said: The blessed Sādhyas, together with the Vasus, rose again to meet the foe. Taking Indra as their refuge and rallying under his leadership, they renewed the battle against the Dānavas. Thereafter all the gods—along with the mighty hosts of the Maruts, the Vasus, and the illustrious Sādhyas—advanced onto the battlefield, resolved to restore the rightful order through united effort and disciplined courage.
