हसन्तमिव फेनौघै: स्खलन्तं कन्दरेषु च | नानाग्राहसमाकीर्ण नानाद्विजगणान्वितम्,वह फेनोंके समुदायद्वारा मानो अपनी हास्यछटा बिखेर रहा था; और कन्दराओंसे टकराता-सा जान पड़ता था। उसमें नाना प्रकारके ग्राह आदि जलजन्तु भरे हुए थे, तथा बहुत-से पक्षी निवास करते थे
Translation
It seemed to laugh with its surging masses of foam, and to stumble as it struck against caverns and rocky clefts. It was crowded with many kinds of aquatic creatures—crocodiles and the like—and was frequented by countless flocks of birds.
