Educational Q&A

The verse highlights how the same set of objects can present themselves in many outward forms—earthy, gem-like, stony, or wooden—inviting discernment and caution against judging reality solely by external appearance.

Narada is describing remarkable constructions (or sights) whose materials seem to vary dramatically, emphasizing their striking and possibly uncanny appearance.
