कुन्ती-विलापः तथा गोविन्द-आश्वासनम्

Kuntī’s Lament and Govinda’s Consolation

आवूृतानि वरस्त्रीभिर्गुहाणि सुमहान्त्यपि । प्रचलन्तीव भारेण दृश्यन्ते सम महीतले,(भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णको देखनेके लिये एकत्रित हुई) सुन्दरी स्त्रियोंसे भरे हुए बड़े-बड़े महल भी उनके भारसे इस भूतलपर विचलित होते-से दिखायी देते थे

āvṛtāni varastrībhiḥ guhāṇi sumahānty api | pracalantīva bhāreṇa dṛśyante sama mahītale ||

Vaiśampāyana said: Even the very large mansions, packed full with beautiful women gathered to behold Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa, appeared on the level ground as though they were swaying under the weight of the crowd.
