यदि वह मूर्ख आपकी कही हुई धर्म और अर्थसे युक्त, संतापनाशक, कल्याणकारी एवं हितकर बातें नहीं मानेगा तो अवश्य ही उसे कालके गालमें जाना पड़ेगा ।। श्रीभगवानुवाच धर्म्यमस्मद्धितं चैव कुरूणां यदनामयम् । एष यास्यामि राजानं धृतराष्ट्रमभीप्सया,श्रीभगवान् बोले--अर्जुन! जो धर्मसंगत, हमलोगोंके लिये हितकर तथा कौरवोंके लिये भी मंगलकारक हो, वही कार्य करनेके लिये मैं राजा धुृतराष्ट्रके समीप यात्रा करूँगा
śrībhagavān uvāca | dharmyam asmaddhitaṃ caiva kurūṇāṃ yad anāmayam | eṣa yāsyāmi rājānaṃ dhṛtarāṣṭram abhīpsayā ||
The Blessed Lord said: “Arjuna, I will go to King Dhṛtarāṣṭra with the intent of bringing about that course of action which is righteous, beneficial to us, and also conducive to the welfare and well-being of the Kurus—free from harm and affliction.”
