ऊरुग्राहगृहीतानां गदां बिभ्रद् वृकोदर: । कुरूणामृषभो युद्धे दण्डपाणिरिवान्तक:,मेरे पुत्र भी बड़े दुराग्रही हैं, अतः हाथमें गदा लिये कुरुश्रेष्ठ वृकोदर भीम दण्डपाणि यमराजकी भाँति युद्धमें इनका निश्चय ही वध कर डालेगा
Transliteration
ūrugrāha-gṛhītānāṁ gadāṁ bibhrad vṛkodaraḥ | kurūṇām ṛṣabho yuddhe daṇḍapāṇir ivāntakaḥ ||
Translation
Dhṛtarāṣṭra said: “Vṛkodara Bhīma, the bull among the Kurus, bearing his mace, will in battle surely strike down my sons—caught fast in his thigh-grip—like Yama (Death) himself holding the rod of punishment.”
