Chapter 49: Sañjaya’s Enumeration of the Pāṇḍava Coalition (पाण्डवसैन्यसमागम-वर्णनम्)

आगोपालाविपालाश्च नन्दमाना युधिष्ठिरम्‌ । पज्चाला: केकया मत्स्या: प्रतिनन्दन्ति पाण्डवम्‌,ग्वालिये और गड़रियोंसे लेकर पांचाल, केकय और मत्स्यदेशोंके राजवंशतक सभी लोग पाण्डुपुत्र युधिष्ठिरका सम्मान करते हैं

Transliteration

āgopālāvipālāś ca nandamānā yudhiṣṭhiram | pāñcālāḥ kekayā matsyāḥ pratinandanti pāṇḍavam ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: From cowherds and shepherds upward, all people rejoice in Yudhiṣṭhira; the Pāñcālas, the Kekayas, and the Matsyas too openly honor the Pāṇḍava.
