Drupada’s Alarm and Inquiry Regarding Śikhaṇḍinī (द्रुपदस्य भय-विमर्शः)

यथावृत्तं तु तत्‌ सर्वमाचख्यौ द्रुपदस्य तत्‌ । द्रुपदस्तस्य तच्छुत्वा हर्षमाहारयत्‌ परम्‌,उसने जैसे जो वृत्तान्त हुआ था, वह सब राजा ट्रपदसे कह सुनाया। उसकी यह बात सुनकर राजा द्रुपदको अपार हर्ष हुआ

Transliteration

yathāvṛttaṃ tu tat sarvam ācakhyau drupadasya tat | drupadas tasya tac chrutvā harṣam āhārayat param ||

Translation

Bhīṣma said: “He then related to King Drupada, exactly as it had occurred, the entire account. Hearing those words, Drupada was filled with boundless joy.”
