सर्वौषधिवनस्फीत: फलवानल्पमक्षिक: । निष्पड़को रसवत्तोयो नात्युष्णशिशिर: सुख:

Transliteration

sarvauṣadhivanasphītaḥ phalavān alpamakṣikaḥ | niṣpaḍako rasavattōyo nātyuṣṇaśiśiraḥ sukhaḥ ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “It is rich with every kind of medicinal herb and flourishing with forests; it bears abundant fruit and has few stinging insects. Its waters are clear and sweet-tasting, and the climate is neither excessively hot nor cold—altogether a place of ease and well-being.”
