Educational Q&A

A severe crisis does not negate one’s future; with steadiness and right conduct, one can recover and regain prosperity. The verse emphasizes hope grounded in discernment and moral endurance.

The son recalls an earlier statement by a far-seeing Brahmin made during the addressee’s childhood, predicting that despite a major impending hardship, the person would later rise again and flourish.
