Chapter 81: Trust, Allies, and the Qualifications of the King’s Artha-Secretary (अर्थसचिव)

स ते विद्यात् परं मन्त्र प्रकृतिं चार्थधर्मयो: । विश्वासस्ते भवेत् तत्र यथा पितरि वै तथा,वह तुम्हारे उत्तम-से-उत्तम गोपनीय मन्त्र तथा धर्म और अर्थकी प्रकृति" को भी जाननेका अधिकारी है। उसपर तुम्हारा वैसा ही विश्वास होना चाहिये, जैसा कि एक पुत्रका पितापर होता है
Translation
He is fit to know the highest secret mantra and to understand the true nature of dharma and artha. In him you should place the same trust that a son places in his father.
