व्यवहार: सुसूक्ष्मक्ष तथा कण्टकशोधनम् । श्रमो व्यायामयोगकश्न त्यागो द्रव्यस्य संग्रह:,शासनसम्बन्धी अत्यन्त सूक्ष्म व्यवहार, कण्टक-शोधन (राज्यकार्यमें विघ्न डालनेवालेको उखाड़ फेंकना), परिश्रम, व्यायाम-योग तथा धनके त्याग और संग्रहका भी उसमें प्रतिपादन किया गया है
Translation
Bhishma said: In that treatise are set forth, with the utmost subtlety, the practices of governance—“removing thorns” (uprooting those who obstruct the affairs of the realm), toil and discipline, exercise and yoga, and also the renunciation and accumulation of wealth.
