Nāgendra–Brāhmaṇa Saṃvāda: Praśna-vidhi and Dharmic Approach on the Gomatī Riverbank

यो होतद्‌ ब्राह्मणो नित्यं शृणुयाद्‌ धारयीत वा । न तस्याध्ययनं नाशमुपगच्छेत्‌ कदाचन,जो ब्राह्मण प्रतेदिन इस अवतार-कथाको सुनता या स्मरण करता है, उसका अध्ययन कभी नष्ट (निष्फल) नहीं होता है

yo hotad brāhmaṇo nityaṁ śṛṇuyād dhārayīta vā | na tasyādhyayanaṁ nāśam upagacchet kadācana ||

Vaiśaṃpāyana said: If a brāhmaṇa regularly listens to this sacred account, or even retains it in memory, his Vedic study and learning never fall into ruin or become fruitless at any time.
