अव्यक्त-प्रबोधः (Awakening to the Unmanifest): The 25th and 26th Principles and Eligibility for Brahma-vidyā

आनृशंस्यमहिंसा चाप्रमाद: संविभागिता । श्राद्धकर्मातिथेयं च सत्यमक्रोध एव च

ānṛśaṁsyam ahiṁsā cāpramādaḥ saṁvibhāgitā | śrāddha-karmātitheyaṁ ca satyam akrodha eva ca ||

Parāśara said: “Compassion and non-violence, vigilance (freedom from negligence), and the habit of sharing; the performance of śrāddha rites and hospitality to guests; truthfulness and, indeed, the absence of anger—these are the virtues to be upheld.”
