प्राकारागारविध्वंसान्न सम ते प्रतिकुर्वते । नाद्रियन्ते पशून् बद्ध्वा यवसेनोदकेन च,उनके गाँवों और नगरोंकी चहारदिवारी तथा घर गिर जाते हैं; परंतु वे उसकी मरम्मत नहीं कराते हैं। दैत्यलोग पशुओंको घरमें बाँध देते हैं, किंतु चारा और पानी देकर उनकी सेवा नहीं करते हैं
Translation
The walls around their villages and towns, and even their houses, fall into ruin; yet they do not have them repaired. The Dānavas tie up their cattle indoors, but do not tend them with fodder or water.
