यथा यथास्थय प्राप्तव्यं प्राप्नोत्येव तथा तथा । भवितव्यं यथा यच्च भवत्येव तथा तथा,पुरुषको जो वस्तु जिस प्रकार मिलनेवाली होती है, वह उस प्रकार मिल ही जाती है। जिस वस्तुकी जैसी होनहार होती है, वह वैसी होती ही है

Transliteration

yathā yathāsthayā prāptavyaṃ prāpnoty eva tathā tathā | bhavitavyaṃ yathā yac ca bhavaty eva tathā tathā ||

Translation

Bhishma said: “Whatever is destined to be obtained is indeed obtained in just that manner. And whatever is fated to occur—whatever it may be—comes to pass exactly so.”
