Shloka 11

कालनिर्णयः, युगधर्मवर्णनम्, सृष्टिक्रमश्च

Time-Reckoning, Yuga-Dharma, and the Sequence of Creation

बुद्धिलाभात्‌ तु पुरुष: सर्व तुदति किल्बिषम्‌ | विपाप्मा लभते सत्त्वं सत्त्वस्थ: सम्प्रसीदति

buddhilābhāt tu puruṣaḥ sarvaṃ tudati kilbiṣam | vipāpmā labhate sattvaṃ sattvasthaḥ samprasīdati ||

Śakra said: “By gaining true understanding, a person pierces through and dispels every stain of wrongdoing. Freed from sin, he attains the quality of sattva—purity of being; established in that purity, he becomes fully serene and clear-minded.”
