तथा शरीरसंत्यागे जीवो ह्याकाशवत् स्थित: । न गृहाते तु सूक्ष्मत्वाद् यथा ज्योतिर्न संशय:,उसी प्रकार शरीरको त्याग देनेपर जीव आकाशकी भाँति स्थित होता है। वह अत्यन्त सूक्ष्म होनेके कारण बुझी हुई आगके समान अनुभवमें नहीं आता, परंतु रहता अवश्य है; इसमें संशय नहीं है
Translation
“So too, when the body is cast off, the jīva abides like space. Because of its subtlety it is not perceived, like a fire that has gone out; yet it surely remains—of this there is no doubt.”
