पिता हि राजा राष्ट्रस्य प्रजानां यो5नुकम्पन: । तस्मिन् मिथ्याविनीतो हि तिर्यग् गच्छति मानव:,जो राजा प्रजापर सदा कृपा रखता है, वह अपने राष्ट्रके लिये पिताके समान है। उसके प्रति जो मिथ्याभाव प्रदर्शित करता है, वह मनुष्य दूसरे जन्ममें पशु-पक्षीकी योनिमें जाता है
Translation
The king who is ever compassionate toward his subjects is like a father to his realm. But the man who shows him a false and deceitful disposition goes, in another birth, to the condition of beasts.
