Transliteration

drauṇis tu samare dṛṣṭvā pāṇḍavastha parākramam

Translation

Sañjaya said: Seeing, in the thick of battle, the valor displayed by the Pāṇḍavas, Drauni (Aśvatthāmā) took note of their formidable prowess.
