अर्जुनस्योत्तरदिग्विजयः

Arjuna’s Northern Conquests and Tribute Collection

विष्णो समवसतन्नानां गिरिदुर्गे सुदारुणे । दिष्ट्या मोक्षाद्‌ यशो दीप्तमाप्तं॑ ते यदुनन्दन

viṣṇo samavasatannānāṁ giridur­ge sudāruṇe | diṣṭyā mokṣād yaśo dīptam āptaṁ te yadunandana ||

Vaiśampāyana said: “O Viṣṇu, we were living in confinement within a most dreadful mountain-fort, passing our days in great misery. O delight of the Yadus, by freeing us from this peril you have won radiant fame—truly, this is a matter of great good fortune.”
