ततः शब्देन महता भर्त्सयन्तौ परस्परम् | पाषाणसंघातनिभै: प्रहारैरभिजघ्नतु:,फिर बड़े भारी गर्जन-तर्जनके द्वारा आपसमें डाँट बताते हुए एक-दूसरेपर ऐसे प्रहार करने लगे मानो पत्थरोंकी वर्षा कर रहे हों
tataḥ śabdena mahatā bhartsayantau parasparam | pāṣāṇa-saṅghāta-nibhaiḥ prahārair abhijaghnatuḥ ||
Then, raising a great uproar and hurling taunts at one another, the two struck each other with blows that seemed like a shower of stones—an escalation from harsh words to violent assault, showing how unchecked anger quickly turns speech into harm.
श्रीकृष्ण उवाच
