वायुदेव उवाच

वायुदेव (Vāyu, Wind-god)
तस्य (an unnamed ‘him’—the proud person being addressed)

Educational Q&A

Unchecked pride (garva) invites correction; dharmic order is protected when arrogance is humbled and a person is brought back to proper restraint and respect.

Vāyu declares an immediate plan to go to the person’s home and remove his arrogance—signaling an impending confrontation meant to humble and reform the proud individual.
