सम॑ प्रमथ्याशु परान् समन्ततः शरोत्तमैर्द्घादशभिश्न सूतजम् | यह देख अर्जुनने उनके धनुष, तरकस, ध्वज, घोड़े, रथ और सारथि--इन सबको अपने बाणोंद्वारा एक साथ ही प्रमथित करके चारों ओर खड़े हुए शत्रुओंको शीघ्र ही बींध डाला और सूत॒पुत्र कर्णपर भी बारह बाणोंका प्रहार किया
Translation
Seeing this, Arjuna with his arrows shattered at once their bow, quiver, banner, horses, chariot, and charioteer; then he swiftly pierced the enemies standing all around, and he struck Karṇa, the sūta’s son, with twelve arrows as well.
