कृतं प्रविहतं बाणै: सर्वतः प्रद्रुत॑ दिश: । किरीटधारी अर्जुनने आपकी सेनाको पीस डाला, चला दिया, विध्वस्त कर दिया, बाणोंसे बींध डाला और सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंमें भगा दिया

Transliteration

kṛtaṁ pravihataṁ bāṇaiḥ sarvataḥ pradrutaṁ diśaḥ | kirīṭadhārī arjunaḥ senāṁ te pīṣayām āsa calayām āsa vidhvaṁsayām āsa bāṇair viddhvā ca samantataḥ diśo 'drāvayat ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “Arjuna, the wearer of the diadem, struck your forces down with his arrows—crushing and shattering them, piercing them through, and driving them into flight in every direction. The battlefield’s order collapsed under the force of his disciplined, relentless assault.”
