पश्य बाह्लोर्बलं मेउद्य शिक्षितस्य च पश्य मे । एकोडद्य निहनिष्यामि पाण्डवानां महाचमूम्,आज मेरी इन दोनों भुजाओंका बल देखो और मेरी शिक्षाकी शक्तिपर भी दृष्टिपात करो। आज मैं अकेला ही पाण्डवोंकी विशाल सेनाका संहार कर डालूँगा
paśya bāhlor balaṁ me ’dya śikṣitasya ca paśya me | eko ’dya nihaniṣyāmi pāṇḍavānāṁ mahācamūm ||
Karna said: “Look today upon the strength of my arms, and look also upon the power born of my training. Today, single-handed, I shall strike down the vast host of the Pandavas.”
