Transliteration

adya pāpasya tad vākyaṃ suvarṇavikṛtāḥ śarāḥ

Translation

Sañjaya said: “Today, that sinful man’s utterance—and the arrows fashioned and adorned with gold—(came to bear their grim consequence on the battlefield).”
