ततो मामपि संरब्धो निग्रहीतु प्रचक्रमे । “दुर्योधनको सदासे ही यह विश्वास बना हुआ है कि कर्ण मेरी रक्षा कर लेगा; इसीलिये वह आवेशमें आकर मुझे भी कैद करनेकी तैयारी करने लगा था

Transliteration

tato mām api saṃrabdho nigrahītuṃ pracakrame |

Translation

Then, inflamed with anger, he even began to move to restrain and seize me—because Duryodhana remained firmly convinced that Karna would protect him, and in that surge of passion he prepared to have me taken into custody as well.
