त्वां प्राप्प समरे शूरं ते गता: परमां गतिम् | मैंने देखा है इन्द्रके समान पराक्रमी बहुत-से शूरवीर समरांगणमें तुझ शौर्यसम्पन्न वीरके पास आकर परम गतिको प्राप्त हो गये
tvāṁ prāpya samare śūraṁ te gatāḥ paramāṁ gatim |
O hero, having reached you in battle, they have attained the highest end. Many valiant warriors—mighty like Indra—came before you on the field, and, meeting your prowess, passed on to their supreme destiny.
