कर्णनिधनवृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् | Reporting Karṇa’s Fall to Yudhiṣṭhira
एष ते लक्षणोद्ेशो मयोद्दिष्टो यथाविधि । यथाथधर्म यथाबुद्धि मयाद्य वै हितार्थिना
eṣa te lakṣaṇoddeśo mayoddiṣṭo yathāvidhi | yathārthadharma yathābuddhi mayādya vai hitārthinā ||
“This delineation of the signs has been set forth for you by me, in the proper manner. Today I have explained it to you—true to its meaning and to dharma, and according to right understanding—seeking only your welfare.”
वायुदेव उवाच
