कर्णस्य यच्छ संग्रामे मद्रराज हयोत्तमान् । त्वयाभिगुप्तो राधेयो विजेष्यति धनंजयम्,“मद्रराज! आप संग्राममें कर्णके इन उत्तम घोड़ोंको वशमें कीजिये। आपसे सुरक्षित होकर राधापुत्र कर्ण निश्चय ही अर्जुनको जीत लेगा”

tvayābhigupto rādheyo vijeṣyati dhanañjayam ||
Sañjaya said: “O king of Madra, take firm control of Karṇa’s excellent horses in the battle. With you guarding him, Rādheya (Karṇa) will surely defeat Dhanañjaya (Arjuna).”
संजय उवाच
