ततस्तु त्वरयन्‌ योधान्‌ शड्खशब्देन मारिष । कर्णो निष्कर्षयामास कौरवाणां महद्‌ बलम्‌,मान्यवर! तदनन्तर शंखध्वनिके द्वारा योद्धाओंको जल्दी करनेका आदेश देते हुए कर्णने कौरवोंकी विशाल वाहिनीको शिविरोंसे बाहर निकाला

tatastu tvarayan yodhān śaṅkhaśabdena māriṣa | karṇo niṣkarṣayāmāsa kauravāṇāṃ mahad balam ||

Sañjaya said: Then, urging the warriors to hasten by the blare of conches, Karṇa drew forth the great Kaurava host from the camp.
