द्रोण–सात्यकि-युद्धम्

Droṇa–Sātyaki Engagement

ततोडब्रवीद्‌ वासुदेवो धनंजयमिदं वच: । पार्थ पार्थ महाबाहो न नः कालात्ययो भवेत्‌

tato 'bravīd vāsudevo dhanañjayam idaṁ vacaḥ | pārtha pārtha mahābāho na naḥ kālātyayo bhavet ||

Then Vāsudeva addressed Dhanañjaya with these words: “Pārtha, Pārtha, mighty-armed one—let there be no loss of time for us.” In the press of battle, Kṛṣṇa urges Arjuna to act without delay, implying that right action (dharma) must be carried out with timely resolve, not postponed until opportunity and duty slip away.
