द्रोणानीकाभिमुखगमनम्

Abhimanyu advances toward Droṇa’s host

अभिमन्यो वरं तात याचतां दातुमर्हसि । पितृणां मातुलानां च सैन्यानां चैव सर्वश:,“तात अभिमन्यु! तुम्हारे पिता और मामाके पक्षके समस्त योद्धा तथा सम्पूर्ण सैनिक तुमसे याचना कर रहे हैं। तुम्हीं इन्हें वर देनेके योग्य हो

abhimanyo varaṃ tāta yācatāṃ dātum arhasi | pitṝṇāṃ mātulānāṃ ca sainyānāṃ caiva sarvaśaḥ ||

Sañjaya said: “O dear Abhimanyu, you are worthy to grant a boon to those who are beseeching you—your father’s kinsmen and your maternal uncles’ side, and indeed the entire host of soldiers on every side.”
