तामापततन्तीं दृष्टवैव गदां रोहिणिनन्दन: । प्रतिघातार्थमस्त्रं वै स्थूणाकर्णमवासृजत्,वहाँ गिरती हुई उस गदाको देखते ही उसके प्रतिघात (निवारण)-के लिये रोहिणीनन्दन बलरामजीने स्थूणाकर्ण नामक अस्त्रका प्रयोग किया
tām āpatantīṃ dṛṣṭvaiva gadāṃ rohiṇīnandanaḥ | pratighātārtham astraṃ vai sthūṇākarṇam avāsṛjat |
The moment Rohiṇī’s son, Balarāma, saw that mace hurtling down, he released the weapon called Sthūṇākarṇa to counter and neutralize its blow.
